Kept a shoot on schedule when the property wasn't ready. Delivered next day.

While eight minutes away from a property after a 53-minute drive, the client called and asked to move the shoot to the next day. Since I was already nearby, I suggested arriving first to see what could still be completed.

The property was not fully ready. The painters had left the floors messy, the upstairs bedrooms still needed staging, and several walls were bare. I photographed the exterior and first floor while the client’s team finished staging upstairs. During editing, the floors were cleaned up digitally and virtual artwork was added to the empty walls.

By the time I reached the second floor, the bedrooms were ready. We completed the appointment without delaying the listing, and I also included a complimentary virtual twilight image to celebrate saving from a delay. The situation was a good example of how flexible scheduling, teamwork, and digital editing can keep a property moving forward even when everything is not completely ready!
