Saved a client from a late reschedule fee

We had an appointment for a townhome that hadn't yet been staged by the time I showed up to shoot. While talking to the owners, the stagers appeared and said they can start right away. While W&W photographers run an incredibly tight schedule, we were able to move the next scheduled appointment to a later time on the same day to make room for adding the Neighborhood Photos service our townhome shoot. This gave time to grab extra content of the surrounding Western Branch area, while the stagers worked in the property to stage the upstairs. Upon my arrival back, I was able to start upstairs with photos and Zillow 3D Tour while they finished up downstairs, avoiding having to push the property back to a later date and list the next day.

As for the other property we pushed back, our order form showed us it was a vacant, 'No-one will meet' shoot, and reaching out the agent confirmed there were no scheduled maintenance planned to appear later. I was able to make it out by 6:30pm and get the files sent to the editors, still delivering content the next morning as originally planned.
